Payment
Payment is Paypal only, and must be made instantly via the Add to Cart/Buy Now button. You must have a VERIFIED PAYPAL ACCOUNT. :)
Delivery
We deliver all products usually within 30 minutes/1 hour, but please allow 24hrs. ALL deliveries will be made between the hours of 9am GMT and 9pm GMT. If you order after 9pm, delivery will be made the following day at 9am.
Delivery is made via Paypal's online tracking facility. Once you have paid using Paypal you will receive an email with instructions on how to retrieve and use your digital code. This is a secure system and prevents fraud.
If this is your FIRST order with us, you will be contacted BY PHONE to ensure you are the registered Paypal account holder. Please ensure you have a valid LANDLINE telephone number verified & registered on your Paypal account and Easy CD Key account. If we cannot find a telephone number on your account, we will refund you immediately.
Receiving Your Codes
You will receive an email from us as soon as we confirm payment, this will contain the instructions on how to get your code :)
Fraud
We take a very active role in preventing online fraud with digital delivery products. We work closely with law enforcement, and pass on all information to authorities where we suspect ANY fraudulent activity.
We do not accept non-verified Paypal accounts, and we contact each client by phone when they make their first purchase with us.
